Payment & Checking In/Out

Final Payment:  Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival by E-Check, Personal Check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.

Cancellations:  ALL cancellations forfeit the $50 administrative fee (plus 11.5% tax). Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund of any prepayments made, less administrative fee ($55.75).  Cancellations received 30 -60 days prior to arrival will forfeit one-half of all prepayments less administrative fee.  Cancellations received 29 or fewer days prior to arrival will forfeit all prepayments.  Appropriate refunds will be processed in the same manner in which payment was received.

Check-In-Time:               3:00 PM          

Check-Out-Time:            10:00 AM

After-Hours Check-In: Office hours are Monday-Saturday, 9 AM-5 PM and are subject to change without notice.  Guests arriving after-hours are provided with a key to their unit, placed in a locked box to the right of the office entry. Please come to the office to check in the next business day. The lock-box combination is included in your final confirmation email.

Vacation Condo Policies

Condominium Association Rules/Regulations:  Your unit is confirmed with the understanding that each guest in your party will observe and abide by the Sandalfoot General Rules & Regulations. Each unit is supplied with a Guest Directory which includes the Rules & Regulations. Violations of these regulations by a guest may result in your being required to vacate the premises with no refund.

Damages:  Guest(s) agrees to assume responsibility for the unit during their stay and report any damages to the office immediately. Guest(s) and visitors will be held responsible for any destruction they may cause to Sandalfoot property including the interior and furnishings of the condominium they occupy.  Sandalfoot management and/or owners are not responsible for any theft or loss of personal items left on Sandalfoot property.

Maximum Occupancy:  Guests agree not to exceed the maximum occupancy set for each unit, which is 4 people in a one-bedroom and 6 people in a two-bedroom. (Note: Some units have further occupancy restrictions.)

Parking:  Permit(s) will be issued upon check-in and must be displayed on vehicle(s) rearview mirror. Parking is limited to One (1) assigned space per unit.   During peak rental periods, extra spaces may not be available.  There is NO PARKING available for RV’s, motor homes, boats, trailers, jet skis, canoes, kayaks, or similar vehicles at Sandalfoot.

Substitutions:  Should your confirmed unit become unavailable for any reason, Sandalfoot reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations at a comparable rate; however, you as the guest will receive a full refund with no penalty if the substitution is refused.

Wireless Internet: Free WI-FI is available to all Sandalfoot guests, however, you assume full responsibility for ensuring your device is secured and you agree to hold harmless Sandalfoot, its employees, and owners if your computer becomes unusable due to use of this service. While we make every effort to reset connections and troubleshoot all connectivity issues, Sandalfoot is not responsible for Internet service interruptions or unavailability. If Internet use is crucial during your stay, we recommend bringing a personal “hotspot” device as a backup.

Maintenance Service Requests:  Should the need for maintenance occur in your unit, please notify the office immediately at 239-472-2275.

Community Expectations

Noise & Disturbances:  Televisions, radios, etc. should be kept at an appropriate volume at all times. Instrument playing is prohibited. Should authorities need to be called out due to guest(s) disturbances, violating guest(s) will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.

No Pet Policy for Guests:  Association policy does not allow guests or visitors to bring pets to Sandalfoot; only Sandalfoot owners are allowed to have a pet onsite.  Guests found in violation of this policy will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, and will incur a $300 cleaning fee.

No Smoking: Breath easy; we’re smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed inside our condos, lanais, breezeways, elevators, or pool. You may smoke away from the buildings in the grassy areas, parking lot, or beach. A minimum cleaning charge of $300 will be assessed for smoking in condos or on lanais.
