We want to make your stay a perfect combination of beautiful Sanibel Island beaches, an endless supply of engaging things to see and do, and to be as comfortable as possible, every minute that you stay in our Sanibel Island condo rentals. Hi-Speed WI-FI & Central Air

Each unit can log on to our safe and secure Internet connection. With a provided password, guests can also log on to wireless Internet while at the pool. Each condo is equipped with central air and heating if needed on chilly mornings. Most condos also have ceiling fans to keep the warm ocean breeze moving.

Home Away From Home

Each unit offers the comforts of home—with the added benefit of a stunning view. To ensure a seamless stay, guests will receive a complimentary starter pack that includes essentials such as dish soap, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipes, and more. From coffee makers to jump-start your mornings to plush mattresses for a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploration, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to meet your needs.

Beach Chairs & Towels

Each unit comes equipped with beach chairs (4 per two-bedroom; 2 per one-bedroom) and beach towels for a fun day on the beach. All we ask is that you return the beach equipment to the condo at the end of your day. Sanibel ordinance prohibits leaving beach chairs or umbrellas out on the beach.

Environmentally Friendly

Sanibel has many natural wonders and we strive to keep it that way. Our permeable parking pavers minimize stormwater runoff and maximize water quality benefits. Guests are encouraged to recycle cardboard, plastics, glass, and metal cans. And, please, be mindful of “after nine, it’s turtle time” on Sanibel. Do your part in protecting these threatened and endangered species (they nest on the beach May 1 to Oct 31) by closing curtains, blinds, and turning off lights that might shine towards the beach after 9 pm.

Heated Swimming Pool

If you are looking for a relaxing place to gather, look no further than Sandalfoot’s centrally located pool. Sandalfoot is one of very few Sanibel vacation rentals with a center courtyard pool instead of the pool is tucked away in a far corner out of sight. Always heated to a comfortable temperature, it is a great place for lounging or socializing with other guests.

Barbecue Grills

Sometimes food just does taste better when prepared outside. Sandalfoot has three grills on the property for your use – each conveniently located between buildings.

Shuffleboard, Tennis & Pickleball

Sports-minded guests are delighted with Sandalfoot’s addition of a pickleball court. The office can supply equipment for shuffleboard, tennis, and Florida’s fastest-growing sport, pickleball. You can borrow rackets and balls from the office to try your hand at both racket sports.

Free Laundry

Each Sandalfoot building features a washer and dryer on the second floor. They are free of charge to use. The office also stocks laundry soap (small $1 package = 2 loads in Sanibel’s soft water), so no need to buy a large container at the grocery. Eight condos also have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Assigned Parking Spot & Guest Parking Spots

No need to look around for parking if you arrive late. There will always be one spot assigned per condo reserved just for you. Sandalfoot has 10 additional parking places reserved for guests, and vendors providing a service to Sandalfoot. Occupied on a first-come, first-served basis, if you have family or friends visiting, please stop by the office for a guest parking tag.

Elevator

Each building has an elevator centrally located to facilitate the ease of moving bags and supplies. A luggage cart located at the office also helps cut the number of trips needed to get everything in.
