New Year’s Eve – Island Style

If your plans bring you to Sanibel to celebrate the end of the year, consider a fun outing to Sundial to bring in 2019! What better way to enjoy the holiday than partying beach side under the stars? Sundial is only a short drive from Sandalfoot, and would be a very convenient location to ring in the new year.

Sundial Resort is planning a family friendly celebration around the main pool deck and Turtle’s Beach. The evening begins at 7:00 pm and features entertainment, games and an island-style buffet. The event runs until 12:30 am. The entertainment will include a stilt-walker, balloon artist, fire dancers, a DJ, ping pong, corn hole, karaoke, pool “fishing”, face painting, beach bonfire, a pie eating contest, and much more.

Sundial is located at 1451 Middle Gulf Road. To attend the event, enter along the west side of the main building and proceed to the pool desk. Prices for adults for the evening are $68.16 per adult (includes tax and gratuities). Children 4 – 12 are $24.19 each and ages 3 and under are free but do require an admission ticket.

Tickets can be purchased beforehand by going to https://sundialbash.brownpapertickets.com. The evening’s buffet will include such items as barbeque chicken, snapper, pizza, cheeseburgers, mac and cheese, chicken tenders, ice cream, chocolate dipped bananas, and lots more. Adults can enjoy a Champagne toast at midnight.
